Lifeline Program


Lifeline (Known as Telephone Assistance) – Provides reduced monthly rates for basic telephone services.  If you qualify, you will receive a credit on your local monthly telephone bill of $9.25 (Federal credit) and $10.55 (local credit)

To be eligible for Lifeline:

  • Be a U. S citizen or a permanent resident of the Virgin Islands.
  • Customer can be a participant in one of the qualifying federal assistance programs.
  • Income Guideline:
    • Household of one, maximum income of $25,000.00
    • Household of two or more, maximum income of $40,000.00
